Returns & Refunds Policy
At Handknitly, we value your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below for a smooth and transparent return process.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after this 30-day period will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be New and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be unopened with the original seal intact.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
3. Exchanges
We happily accept exchanges if you would like a different size, color, or a different product entirely.
- Process: To start an exchange, email us at support@handknitly.com. Please specify the original order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
- Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will process a full refund instead.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
We aim to make the return process as stress-free as possible:
- Return Shipping Cost: Free. We cover the cost of return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged.
5. How to Start a Return (Home Pickup Service)
We offer a convenient home pickup service for all returns. Please follow these four steps:
- Step 1: Contact Us Email us at support@handknitly.com with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Please include the reason for your return in the email.
- Step 2: Receive Your Return Label/Code Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or a tracking code. At this stage, please provide your specific address to schedule the shipper pickup.

Step 3: Pack and Label
- If you have a printer: Print the provided return label and attach it securely to your package.
- If you do not have a printer: Clearly write the provided tracking code (e.g., SPX123...) on the outside of the package.
- Step 4: Hand Over to Shipper The shipper will arrive at your home at the scheduled time. Simply hand the package to the driver.
6. Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund Method: The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, etc.). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
