We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.

2. Delivery Time & Carriers
We use reliable courier services to ensure your handmade items arrive in perfect condition.
- Processing Time: 1 - 2 business days (Monday - Saturday).
- Transit Time: 3 - 5 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 - 7 business days. (We strive to get your order to your door in under a week!)
- Carriers Used: USPS (Ground Advantage & Priority Mail), UPS, and FedEx.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- You can track your order directly on our website via our Track Your Order.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
4. Shipping Process & Missing Items
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Missing or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it:
